The indoor season will officially begin in January 2026 with tryouts commencing as early as 16 November 2025 for the 14U group.
All of our teams will train locally (Kelowna BC) and compete both locally and provincially with a select few then moving on to compete at Nationals by the end of the season.
New for 2026 - While +Energy is known to offer one of the top high performance based programs in BC for multiple age groups (14U-17/18U). We will be limiting the amount of teams this year to maintain a high level of training.
We will be updating each of the programs with more detailed information about what the upcoming season will look like including fee structure, practice times, included gear/swag etc. Please do register and grab your spot for tryouts as space may be limited.
