Energy's 2024 Season has begun.

2024 is going to be an exciting year at Energy with a total of 10 teams competing.

We have two 14U teams, two 15U teams, two 16U teams, two 17U teams and one 18U team which will all be cheering each other on at the various VBC, Volleyball Canada and NWPL events they will attend this season.

+Energy's Indoor Train and Play!

Sep-Nov 2023 Train and play day was a success and now complete! There are no more train and play sessions at this time for +Energy. We understand that many of you are still participating at various other train and play events from other clubs and we encourage you to keep at it. Please note that by attending train and play sessions with other clubs this does not have any negative affect on your chance of making an +Energy team. We always encourage athletes to get better by any means available.

+Energy 2023 Beach Season Recap.

We had several teams closing out the year at Nationals in both Toronto and Vancouver. We capped off the season with Bronze Medal in the 15U Division and we would like to congratulate Arabella Albanese and Szilvia Csizmadia for a job well done!! We also had a few 5th place finishes in the 17U and 14U divisions.

Flight School was a Success!

We are proud to partner with Chase Frishman's Flight School and ProBeachOkanagan who were able to bring AVP and FIVB professional beach volleyball players to Kelowna (July 24th, 25th and 26th) for an insane 3 days of fun. Our girls were able to learn from the best and the results are incredible. Being coached by our in house Certified AVP coach combined with the priceless experience of learning from AVP / FIVB Professional Beach Volleyball Players was priceless.
